We’ve been throwing free parties since 2022, kept alive by our own meager wages and whatever people have dropped into donation jars in various dimly lit abandoned buildings with questionable air quality.
But free parties (unfortunately) aren’t free, and our current rig is held together by hope, duct tape, and bad decisions made at 6 in the morning. All our gear predates the Expos leaving town, for fuck’s sake.
So, we’re running a raffle with prize baskets that include some pretty good stuff. Tickets are $10 each. Buy them at the party on Aug 22 at Boisé Steinberg with cash or by e-transfer if you can’t make it. Winners contacted on Aug 23, baskets delivered to your door.
To buy via e-transfer, send your money to fpfpmtl@proton.me and leave a note (!) of how many tickets you’re buying, for which basket(s), and an email or Signal username you can be contacted at. Deadline is Aug 23 at noon.
